NHHS Grad Night News

WEBSITE http://www.nhhsgradnight.org/

Attention all Freshman, Sophomore and Junior Parents!

Volunteer for a shift at GRAD NIGHT 2017 - your time is needed at Grad Night, June 22nd to host the NHHS seniors at their last special evening together as the Class of 2017. Each year, senior parents plan this safe and sober free event on campus from 8:30pm - 2:30am, while other grade level parents and community work the event that evening. This allows the graduates to enjoy the night without mom and dad there. This has been a tradition for over 30 years, and since its inception, we have not lost a student to a drinking and driving incident or any other cause on Graduation Night.

Each grade level is responsible for a different area of help. So grab your spouse and several of your friends and be part of the biggest event on campusThe sign up page can be found here

Attention Senior Parents - Grad Night Information

Underwriting letters will be mailed out this week to help pay for this amazing event! Be an underwriter of the event and receive a grad night student ticket, earn perks for your student, or help sponsor a student in need and more. Every bit helps!

Underwriting Chair - Heidi Mendoza - heidilynnmendoza@gmail.com

Invitations will go home on May 22nd and 23rd and handed out in Senior English classes by ASB. Tickets are $125 until May 14th, then increase to $150. If you are in financial need, please have your student speak to Kelly Bourgeois in the library. All students must have a waiver filled out to attend (they will be available online and in the invitation, then need to be turned into the library.)

It's all about the prizes! We aim for tons of prizes for the students. Here is where the begging comes in!  If everyone could donate or solicit an item or two it would be a HUGE help!  Or if you would like to donate money, we will pool the money and buy the gifts!

3 ways to help:

1) Donate an item or gift card (ideas on Grad Night website)

2) Go to your kid's favorite establishments and solicit a donation from the store (we have forms available)

3) Donate money which in turn will be used for purchasing items the kids like

Please drop donations ASAP at PADDEN HOME  1707 Terrapin Way, Newport Beach, CA 92660 or we can pick up! If you need more time, please email one of the chairs.
